"Helped out eventually, just took a bit"
The return was fine overall, just kinda dragged on longer than I expected. Warranty support did come through in the end, but I had to check in a few times to keep things moving. So yeah, not terrible or anything, just not exactly easy-breezy either.

"I ordered a washer from Park Ave Appliance..."
I ordered a washer from Park Ave Appliance, the whole thing just felt easy from the start. The delivery guys called before they came, showed up when they said they would, and got it installed fast. They even cleaned up all the packaging afterward, which I appreciated. No problems, no weird surprises, just a smooth experience. My gut says they run a solid operation.

"Great appliance selection"
i mean, I only went on Park Ave Appliance to look for a new fridge, but I ended up browsing way longer than I expected. They had a bunch of different brands and sizes, which made it easy to compare things without having to bounce between a bunch of other sites.
I also liked that they had both everyday options and some nicer, higher-end stuff too. The selection was better than I thought it would be, and it made shopping around feel a lot less annoying

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a question before placing my order and the person I talked to was really nice and patient. They helped me figure out what I needed without making it feel like a whole... you know. The order went through smoothly too. Overall, just a good experience and I’d definitely use Park Ave Appliance again.
